        二、空调风系统 一层大会议室采用低速变风量一次回风系统，试压泵 在不同季节可根据室内外空气的焓差控制新风量。另在会议室两侧侧墙设置低噪声轴流风机，排除会议室上部热空气。 地下室管理用房、地上层控制室及相关配套用房、办公室、卧室、小会议室等房间采用新风加风机盘管空调系统。各层设置吊顶式新风机组，深井泵将新风处理至等焓状态送风，室内空调负荷由风机盘管独立承担。

       三、空调水系统 空调水系统为双管制一次泵变流量系统：通过在供、回水干管间设压差旁通阀以及末端设备设置电动二通阀实现冷源侧定量，负荷侧变流量。 冷冻水共设A、B两处立管，由竖井引至各层风机盘管或空气处理机，离心泵冷冻水采用两管制异程式系统。冷水水温为7℃/12℃，由高位膨胀水箱定压补水。

       四、机械通风系统 各卧室卫生间设排气扇（吊顶内安装），通过竖井排至室外，公共卫生间设排风机将污浊空气排出室外。设备房，库房，汽车库设机械排风，自然进风。 7 空调自控 空调自控采用DDC控制系统，由专业自控公司设计安装。水系统设置供、回水压差控制，冷流量控制及机组和设备运行台数控制。 五、设计体会 因本工程施工图设计时开放式办公室部分并未分隔，因此计量泵只预留各层总冷量及确定各层新风机风量，在装璜阶段才根据装璜要求及满足冷量前提下布置各风机盘管、水管、新风管、风口等。风口型式根据装修需要设置为条缝风口或方型散流器。因此，若装璜早期介入的话，就可避免对施工图的大量变更及与装璜配合不尽人意的现象出现。 本工程对噪声要求较高，为减小噪音，除控制风管风速外，风管也采用复合风管；空调机房内做消声处理，选用低噪声柜式空调机组；各送、回风管均采用静压箱消声。
