  不锈钢泵联轴器主要有刚性联轴器和齿形联轴器。 (1) 刚性联轴器 刚性联轴器一般用在功率较小的离心泵上, 检修时首先拆下联接螺栓和橡皮弹性圈, 对温度不高的液体, 两联轴器的平面间隙为2. 2～4. 2 mm , 温度较高时, 应大于前窜量1. 55～2. 05 mm。联轴器橡胶弹性圈比穿孔直径应小0. 15～0. 35 mm。同时拆装时一定要用专用工具, 保持光洁, 不允许有碰伤划伤。 (2) 齿形联轴器 齿形联轴器挠性较好, 有自动对中性能。检修时一般按以下方法进行: ①检查联轴器齿面啮合情况, 其接触面积沿齿高不小于50 % , 沿齿宽不小于70 % , 齿面不得有严重点蚀、磨损和裂纹; ②不锈钢泵联轴器外齿圈径向跳动不大于0. 03 mm , 端面圆跳动不大于0. 02 mm; ③若需拆下齿圈, 必须用专用工具, 不可敲打, 以免使轴弯曲或损伤。当回装时, 应将齿圈加热到200 ℃左右再装到轴上。外齿圈与轴的过盈量一般为0. 01～0. 03 mm; ④回装中间接筒或其他部件时, 应按原有标记和数据装配; ⑤用力矩搬手均匀地把螺栓拧紧。
